Raghvendra brings in 16 years of prior experience in leading key initiatives in Legal, Secretarial and Compliance that supports overall strategic goals; ensuring compliances and execution of strategy. During his career, Raghvendra has been actively involved in managing Public Issues, Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, Corporate Structuring, Corporate Governance, Planning for global investments, Ensuring Compliance, Conducting compliance Audit, Contract Management, Litigation Strategy, Legal and Contractual Risk Management, Protection of IPR and various other legal issues.

At ISON, Raghvendra is responsible for corporate structuring, corporate law, business law, labor law and contractual law, mergers & acquisitions, compliance management, litigation strategy and loan documentation. Prior to joining ISON he was associated with DLF, JMD, Insecticides India Limited and ITCOL Limited.

Raghvendra is a qualified Law Graduate and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
